Hello everyone!
It is exactly one week after my surgery. I am feeling well and getting stronger all the time. My surgeon was able to perform the entire proceedure with the robot, and I have 4 incisions across my belly. All of them are less than 1 inch. the stitches, if there were any, are dissolved, and I haven't needed pain meds since last Fri. I am driving, and going thru the day with out the need for too much rest! The Lord has indeed blessed and healed me! How awesome is He!
I want to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts at this time for me and my family! My family in Christ is the best!

Just a little note to let you know I'm thinking of you and your family. The job's going great! I can't believe I have a job that I love and look forward to going to everyday! Isn't our God the greatest? Hope you are still taking good care of yourself....and the story about Boo at child's was just precious.My boy loves hearing about 'gramma Child' too!

I enjoyed reading your recent post at, child of the King's Blog. And I was happy to find out that you are still doing well, in your recovery mode, after your surgery, too!
I decided to not attend Church today, as I'm staying close to Mike after his endarterectomy. He's doing fine, with the exception of a swollen tongue. Although the swelling has gone down a little more, and he's able to eat some soft foods, if he takes it slowely. And he has lost a little feeling on the left side of his neck, which is pretty common, according to the Doctor, etc. Anyhow, he goes back for his post-op appt. on August 10th. And I have until this coming Thursday to go back to work.
I hope things are going well with you, and that you are also enjoying your time off work, summer, and everything else, also.
